A Nerdist Podcast-jeben mar felmerult ez a problema, hogy sokan nincsenek tisztaban, vagy talan nincs is pontos definicioja a ‘geek’, ‘nerd’ szavaknak.

Most pedig a G4TV AotS adasaban kerult elo, igy rakerestem, es talaltam is egy blog bejegyzest errol az IDDQD-n.

A nerd intelligens,az univerzális tudás mozgatja, tehát mindenhez hozzáakar szólni, őt leginkább a háttérben zajló folyamatok érdeklik. A geek pedig egyszerűen egy hardcore fan, aki nyakig elmerül a kedvenc témakörében, az ő esetében nem mérvadó az intellektus. Persze vannak átfedések.
A Dork meg szimplán egy rosszul szocializált, esetenként hiperintelligens balfasz, aki tudatosan mutat fityiszt azzal a “mainstream”-nek, hogy eljátsza a kretént.
