Vagyis \u00fagy t\u0171nik ez m\u00e9gsem igaz, az <strong>antioxid\u00e1nsoknak nincs kimutathat\u00f3 hat\u00e1sa<\/strong> kr\u00f3nikus betegs\u00e9gekre mint pl. a r\u00e1k.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;flavonoids themselves are of little or no direct antioxidant value&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8221; flavonoids and other polyphenols are poorly absorbed (less than 5%), with most of what is absorbed being quickly metabolized and excreted.
